Paddle Point Park is located at 108 East Cedar Lane Rowlett, TX 75087. The park and its dock area near the spot where Lake Ray Hubbard empties into Lewisville Bayou. Visitors can access the paddle points via a greenbelt from either Haggard Road or Ridgefield Parkway. The park features hiking trails, fishing spots, picnic areas with tables and grills as well as accessible docks that accommodate paddling boats up to 16 feet in length! Paddlers often launch kayaks here for trips on nearby Lake Ray Hubbard or explore other waterways like White Rock Creek down by Garland’s Buffalo Bend area using this boat ramp facility.

The park is open from dawn until dusk. There are no fees for paddle point but parking rates vary depending on the time of day and whether your vehicle has a Rowlett Park Pass or not. Parking is $0-50 per hour during weekday evenings, weekends and holidays; it’s $15 per three hours with Rowlett Park Passes, and free to those who have one. Vehicles without a pass may be towed at the owner’s expense if parked in designated areas near paddle point park that say “No Overnight Parking – tow away zone” after 11 pm.
